LastRep Terms of Use
Effective date: 29 October 2026
Last updated: 29 October 2026
1. Agreement
1.1. These Terms of Use (the "Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Individual Entrepreneur Renat Shakirov, an individual entrepreneur registered in Georgia under identification number 305811501, with the registered address Ferdinand Tavadze Street 3, Building 5, Vake District, Tbilisi, Georgia ("we", "us", "our").
1.2. The Terms cover the LastRep iPhone app and the related websites and services (together, the "Service"). Our Privacy Policy explains how personal data is handled and forms part of the Terms.
1.3. By using the Service, you accept the Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
2.1. LastRep helps you plan and log strength training. You sign up to a training block, log your sessions and sets, and keep a ledger in which a planned session is either settled or becomes owed. The app can also estimate calorie and protein targets and let you log food, water and body weight.
2.2. LastRep has no account. Your data is stored on your iPhone, as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for keeping a backup of your iPhone if you want to keep your data: we hold no copy, and we cannot restore data that is lost from your device.
2.3. Some features are available only with a LastRep Pro subscription (section 6). We may add, change or withdraw features. Where we withdraw a paid feature in a way that materially affects you, we will tell you in advance where reasonably practicable.
3. Who can use LastRep
3.1. You must be at least 18 years old, and an adult under the law of the country where you live, to use the Service.
3.2. You may not use the Service if the law where you live forbids it.
4. Health and safety
4.1. LastRep is not medical advice. Training plans, loads, progressions, calorie and protein targets and any other information in the Service are general estimates for healthy adults. They are not medical, nutritional or professional advice, and they do not take your individual health into account.
4.2. Check with a professional first. Before you start a training or nutrition programme, and especially if you are pregnant, have a medical condition or an injury, take medication, or have a history of disordered eating, consult a doctor or another qualified professional.
4.3. Train within your limits. Strength training carries a risk of injury. Use proper technique, warm up, use spotters and safety equipment where appropriate, and choose loads you can handle safely. Stop and seek medical help if you feel pain, dizziness, shortness of breath or any other warning sign. You decide what to lift and how; the Service only suggests.
4.4. Food data may be wrong. Food information comes in part from Open Food Facts, a database maintained by volunteers, and from labels you scan. It may be incomplete or inaccurate. Check labels yourself where accuracy matters, for example if you have an allergy.
5. Your use of the Service
You must not:
(a) copy, modify, distribute, sell or lease any part of the Service, or reverse engineer or attempt to extract its source code, except where the law allows this despite this restriction;
(b) interfere with or disrupt the Service or our servers, or access them by automated means other than the app, including scraping the exercise catalog; or
(c) use the Service in breach of any law.
6. LastRep Pro and purchases
6.1. LastRep Pro is an auto-renewing subscription, available monthly or yearly, and sold through the Apple App Store. Prices are shown in the app before you buy and may differ by country.
6.2. Free trial. Where a free trial is offered, it is available once per Apple account, as Apple determines. When the trial ends, the subscription starts and you are charged automatically, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
6.3. Renewal and cancellation. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in your Apple Account settings, under Subscriptions, at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Pro until the end of the period you have paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
6.4. Billing and refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store's terms. Requests for refunds must be made to Apple.
6.5. We may change prices and what each plan includes. A change will not affect a period you have already paid for, and Apple will tell you about a price increase as its rules require.
6.6. Nothing in this section 6 affects any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection law.
7. Intellectual property
7.1. The Service, including the app, its design, text, graphics and software, belongs to us or our licensors. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the app for your own, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with the Terms.
7.2. The data you enter in the app is yours.
7.3. Third-party content. The exercise animations come from a collection released into the public domain (CC0). Food data from Open Food Facts is made available under the Open Database License (ODbL), and its contents under the Database Contents License; see openfoodfacts.org.
8. Suspension and termination
8.1. You may stop using the Service at any time by deleting the app.
8.2. We may stop providing the Service, or a part of it, on reasonable notice. We may block access to our servers by anyone who breaches section 5.
8.3. Sections 4, 7, 9, 10 and 11, and any other provisions that by their nature are intended to survive, continue to apply after the Terms end.
9. Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", and we make no warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or available at any particular time, or that any training plan, estimate or food information will be accurate, complete or suitable for you.
10. Limitation of liability
10.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with the Service, including injury or loss resulting from training or dietary choices you make while using it, except where caused by our negligence.
10.2. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim and (b) USD 100.
10.3. Nothing in the Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, liability for fraud, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
11.1. The Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia.
11.2. The courts of Tbilisi, Georgia, have jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Terms. If you are a consumer, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence, and you keep the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of that country.
11.3. The Terms contain no arbitration agreement and no waiver of collective proceedings.
11.4. We encourage you to contact us at shelbulab@gmail.com before starting proceedings, so that we can try to resolve the matter.
12. Changes to the Terms
We may amend the Terms from time to time. We will show the date of the latest revision at the top and tell you about material changes in the app before they take effect. If you continue to use the Service after an amendment takes effect, the amended Terms apply to you; if you do not agree to them, you may stop using the Service.
13. Additional terms for the Apple App Store
13.1. Where you obtained the app from the Apple App Store, the following terms apply in addition to the rest of the Terms:
(a) Parties. The Terms are concluded between you and us, and not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). We, and not Apple, are solely responsible for the app and its content.
(b) Licence. We grant you a non-transferable licence to use the app on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules set out in the App Store's terms.
(c) Maintenance and support. We are solely responsible for the maintenance and support of the app. Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support services.
(d) Warranty. If the app fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price, if any, of the app. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the app.
(e) Product claims. We, and not Apple, are responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the app, including product liability claims, claims that the app fails to conform to any legal or regulatory requirement, and claims arising under consumer protection, privacy or similar legislation.
(f) Intellectual property claims. If a third party claims that the app or your possession and use of it infringes their intellectual property rights, we, and not Apple, are solely responsible for the investigation, defence, settlement and discharge of the claim.
(g) Legal compliance. You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country that is subject to a United States Government embargo or that has been designated by the United States Government as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not listed on any United States Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
(h) Third-party terms. You must comply with applicable third-party terms, such as your wireless data service agreement, when using the app.
(i) Third-party beneficiary. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of the Terms and, once you accept the Terms, Apple will have the right to enforce them against you as a third-party beneficiary.
13.2. Questions, complaints and claims relating to the app should be sent to us at the contact details in section 15.
14. General
14.1. If any provision of the Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
14.2. A failure or delay by us in exercising any right does not operate as a waiver of that right.
14.3. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under the Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign the Terms to a successor to our business, in which case we will inform you.
14.4. The Terms, including the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service.
